Tawny Stoneware Tea Light Cup

Warm, earthy and beautifully rustic, this stoneware tea light cup is finished with a tawny reactive glaze. Its simple looped handle and softly mottled colouring give it the character of an old, well-loved piece of pottery—perfect beside a stack of books or glowing on the mantelpiece as evening draws in.

Made in small batches by an artisan pottery in Southern India, each piece is designed in the UK and produced under a Fair Trade scheme supporting the community of makers.

The reactive glaze develops differently according to where each piece sits in the kiln, so colours and markings can range from softly speckled to richly brown and mottled. These natural variations are part of its character and mean that every holder is unique. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
